Groundwater and surface water monitoring

Grundwater and surface water level and quality monitoring are required to measure the impacts of a development or to gather baseline data prior to development for comparison to the post-development scenario.

ASS Investigations and Management Plans

ASS Investigations provide an assessment of the presence and extent of actual and/or potential acid sulfate soils (AASS and PASS). If ASS and/or PASS is encountered the ASS Management Plan details the most practical way to manage development works in order to minimise the impact of ASS/PASS.
